     Coosawattee River Resort is located in one of north Georgia's most beautiful regions. It is surrounded by the pristine beauty of nature. Inside the private gates of the development you will find homes with postcard views of the mountains, rivers, and forests. This community not only offers a certain lifestyle, but also many amenities your family will be sure to enjoy. It is also a place to make wonderful friendships with new neighbors and enjoy all four seasons with their own characteristics and weather.

      The development is located on 8500+ acres with over 300 miles of paved and gravel roads. These roads will be your guide to our beautiful two & three bedroom homes tucked away in the mountainside. Your new home will be safe in our development, which has four 24-hour private gates that ensure privacy and security.

     Here your family will enjoy hiking trails, private riverfront parks, plentiful amenities, and some of the best fishing in the area. You can work on your fly-fishing skills in Coosawattee River or in our fully stocked Fishing Pond.

 Later, you can try out your skills on our 18-holes miniature golf course, or maybe play a game or two on our tennis and basketball courts. Another possibility is to just sit back, relax and enjoy your serene enviroment.

     You can always spend the day at the Recreation Center, which features an indoor heated pool, kid's pool, full fitness center, game room, and a big screen TV.
